How to submit your Story
General
Stories may be submitted in video, audio or written format
Send a photo of yourself or an image that represents you/your story. If you don’t want to send a photo we will provide an image.

Video
Use your iPhone or android to take your video. Hold it vertically to record.
You can film yourself or have someone film you if that’s easier.
Make sure you can see your face, that you have light and aren’t back lit.
Try to fit your story into 5 minutes or less. Be thoughtful with your words.
To ensure your story is complete we suggest you write it out or have an outline and time yourself recording it first to be sure you cover all you want to say in ~5minutes.

On your iPhone use the voice memo app; on Android use voice recorder.

It’s best to keep your story to 1000 words maximum.
